| All matches will be best of three sets, regular scoring, with a 10 point tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set. Minimum draw size will be 3 - Draws of less than 3 will be canceled. Scoring format will use 'No-ad' scoring. |

| WITHDRAWALS |
| If a player must withdraw from the tournament before the entry deadline, it can be done online at the entry website. Select "Edit Registration" on the left and follow directions on the ensuing page. | NOTES |
| This is a single elimination tournament. The minimum draw size will be 3. The maximum draw size will be 16. All matches will be a super tie breaker for the third set. Because of the limited number of courts, matches will be played using 'No-ad' scoring. ** All entrants will be given a participatory T-Shirt. ** |

| MEALS |
| Snacks will be provided at the Tournament Desk. Also there is a full service Grill/Deli/Snack Bar at the club where one can order lunch etc. |

| REFUNDS |
| Refunds will not be given after the registration deadline closes UNLESS the Tournament gets Cancelled or there are not enough players in your division. |

| DOUBLES |
| Entries must be submitted with a partner. However, just listing your partner's name does not constitute entering unless you also pay your partner's entry fee. |
