Tennis Reservation Rules:

  1. Booking a Court: Adult members may reserve a court two (2) days in advance, starting at 7:30am. Court times are 30, 60, or 90 minutes. They may book online through the member portal, by using the mobile app, or in person. Junior members may reserve courts with permission of the Tennis Director. The ball machine may only be used on Courts 4 and 5. Cancel reservations you cannot keep.

  2. Late Arrivals: If members do not arrive within 15 minutes of the assigned court time, the court will be available for other members to use.

  3. Singles Play: If members plan to play singles, they must first attempt to book Court #2. If it’s not available, they may book another court.

  4. No-Shows: The first “no-show” will be a warning. After that, members will be charged $25 per subsequent no-show. This will be enforced by the General Manager and Tennis Director.

  5. Reservation Etiquette: If the court is occupied when a reservation start time begins, players should stand quietly by the gate closest to the reserved court and wait until there is a pause in tennis to politely advise that time is up. They should allow the players on the court to finish their current game.

  6. Club Activities: Courts for club-sanctioned activities and Tennis Pro lessons may be reserved in advance.
